Star Wars på Blu-ray nærmer seg

Vi har tidligere delt nyheten om at alle de seks Star Wars-filmene skal komme på Blu-ray i høst, og nå har flere konkrete detaljer dukket opp.

På Star Wars-dagen, den 4. mai, ga LucasFilm ut etterlengtet informasjon rundt den kommende storutgivelsen.

Lanseringsdatoen i Norge og resten av verden blir den 12. september, mens USA må vente noen dager til den 16. september. Vi har mye godsaker i vente på det som er høstens største utgivelse på Blu-ray.

Nesten to døgn med ekstramateriale

Alle filmene kommer med nyrestaurert bilde og lydformatet DTS Surround 6.1. Vi kan glede oss til over 40 timer med ekstramateriale – hvorav noe er tatt fra tidligere DVD-utgivelser, mens mye skal være helt nytt.


Filmene vil bli tilgjengelig i tre forskjellige utgivelser – The Complete Saga med alle seks filmene, samt to bokser med den nye og den gamle trilogien. Da er det bare å krysse av den 12. september i kalenderen!
